We had a tame rabbit that sometimes had the run of the house. John, who was just a little kid at the time, was in the kitchen with bunny while the living room was full of adult visitors one of whom wanted to fondle the rabbit. John was reluctant but handed over bunny with the admonition "Watch out, he might shed on you." Well his use of the word "shed" caused all sorts of hilarity as the adults thought he used the word "shit". Poor John, he was rhe picture of confusion and embarassment.
John would somtimes sleepwalk One night he came down the stairs into the living room and dining room and into the kitchen and peed into the wastebasket. Then he turned around and headed back upstairs to his bed with mother hovering by. .You are not supposed to awaken a sleepwalker. He grew out of it. (May 9, 2008)
